November Traditions- Too Early to Put Up Your Christmas Tree?

Legend says that if you put up your Christmas tree early you're a happier person. Well I guess I'm the happiest person in the world because the second Halloween is over, I pull out my Santa Claus hat, grab my faux tree from storage & click "buy now" on the holiday scented candles in my Amazon cart & then all of a sudden 'Tis the season. 

But in all seriousness, according to psychological experts the more you want to get festive the more in touch you are with your inner child. There's something about putting up decorations & getting in the holiday spirit that is nostalgic & reminds people of life before adulting & responsibilities. In simpler terms, putting up decorations early extends the excitement of the holiday season. There are also studies that show that when you put up your decorations you become more neighborly & more friendly to those around you.
