Miami Swim Week Coming Up!

What even is Miami swim week? It's a time people from all over the world come down to have fun and get to know the latest designs in the swimwear industry. T

hey also get the opportunity to find out what they can expect from their favorite swimwear brands in the future. The models in the show range from fashion models to Victoria secret models! Three of the most important swimwear trade shows that will be included are SwimShow, Hammock, and Cabana. 

SwimShow is the largest and longest running swimwear trade show in the world, it's on the 35th year taking place at the Miami Beach Convention Center. This event is where the business of buying and selling swimwear takes place for the swimwear community. Featuring over 2,500 brands

Hammock is an upscale tradeshow for established and emerging swim, resort, beauty and accessory brands, created in 2010 by a New York production company. Hammock provides its brands with the option to showcase their collection in private ocean-view suites, enjoying the amazing atmosphere. 

Cabana was introduced in 2013 by Atrium head buyer of Janet Wong. Cabana an edited beachwear trade show with a comfortable high service environment. Inspired by the best resorts from Tulum, to Ibiza, Cabana prides itself in creating a relaxing shopping experience. 

What better place to do this than in Miami, where the uniform is swimwear! Paris fashion week is this week, showing off what is in season and what is definitely out, showing off fall and spring fashion. Our interns are able to go to some of the swim week shows!
