Magic Miami Recap: What I learned at my first trade show

Hey, Haute babes, this past week was the first Magic Miami, and little old me got to attend. So, I have to give you the rundown on what I learned and what you can expect for our spring collection (Obviously). If you've never heard of Magic, it is one of the largest trade shows out there. It usually happens yearly in Nashville, New York, and Las Vegas. But this year, Magic was hosted in Miami for the first time, and of course, the Haute and Honey team had to be there.
First things first, it was such a fantastic experience. We were greeted with goodie bags and complimentary breakfast when we walked in, and then we got straight to the good stuff: buying.
Before this experience, I thought buying was picking out cute clothes and having a good time. Boy, was I wrong. I was partially correct; buying is picking out cute clothes, but it is also a strategy game. Who are you buying for? What phase of life are they in? What colors do they wear? Where are they going? Etc. Etc. I had to turn off my style and become a customer. It was so amusing to think like our target audience. That said, we picked out some gooood stuff for you guys. I am beyond excited about this upcoming spring collection. We've got a little bit of everything for a little bit of everybody.
